Principal's Message
Hello Storm Family!
Thank you for visiting our website, and welcome to Ridgeline Middle School as we prepare for the 2024-2025 school year!
This school year, student and parent voice will be a focus for our staff. We want student and parent involvement in making Ridgeline the best it can be for all students! At our Coffee with the Principal events this year, we will ask you to tell us about your experience as a parent and how we can better serve you and your students.
What do you hope for your child to experience and achieve in the 2024-2025 school year? What do you want to say to them to help them realize their full potential and their dreams for the future? We ask that all parents talk to their children about their hopes, fears, and dreams for the school year. Encourage students to engage in all that Ridgeline has to offer. We want to help all students to reach their highest potential! We look forward to starting this journey on Day 1!
Students will need to bring supplies on the first day of school. Check out the student supply list on our website.
We look forward to welcoming all new and returning students and families to the STORM Family this school year! We call our community the “STORM Family” because we want our school family to be an extension of your family. We want to serve you in times of joy, happiness, and triumph, but also in times of challenge, grief, and struggle. Academic learning and growth are our bottom line, yet we also understand that educating students means being attentive to the whole child and caring about their social and emotional well-being.
Our teachers and staff love middle school-age students, and we love to be a part of their learning and growth during these crucial years of development. We love having parents in our school and contributing to our positive school culture. Parents and community are a big part of who we are, and we want you to help us tell our story.
If you didn’t connect with our Booster Club at Orientation, you are welcome to join their regular meetings posted on our website. We hope you will come to the Watch D.O.G.S. Information Night on September 18 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.. There are many ways to be active as a parent at Ridgeline, and we look forward to partnering with you to create a valuable learning experience for all students in the 2024-2025 school year!
Ridgeline Middle School is a community school. We are a place of learning, belonging, growth, and support for students, families, and community.
Thank you for being a part of our community and our school! Thank you for choosing Ridgeline and being a part of the STORM Family!
Sincerely,
Craig Curry, Principal
